Eduserv Response

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all feedback, good and bad, so that we can make Eduserv the best it can be. Jude joined Eduserv as CEO on 31 August 2016 and is working with staff and Exec to drive forward a business transformation and restructure which commenced in January 2017 and will complete mid-February. A lot of staff have commented on change being needed and this is most definitely happening. The direction the company is taking has been widely communicated and feedback has been encouraged from all staff at every stage since Jude joined, which has triggered much change and adaptation to the new Eduserv. The main changes have been to the Exec and management teams, as well as breaking down some of the silos that had developed across the business so that teams can work together more effectively to deliver fantastic service and products to our customers and to deliver our new business and charitable objectives. Annual pay rises are provided each year and based on salary benchmarking reviews. We have a substantial training budget open to all staff, and strongly encourage staff to take this up. Training is discussed bi-annually at each employee's performance development review and is something that's followed up on regularly to ensure staff are are supported with soft and tech skills to achieve the most in their roles. Management are being supported with regular training, coaching, change and leadership development skills moving forward to motivate and lead their teams in the best possible way. We no longer have a CIO and the Exec team has been reduced to be more effective in the new structure. Our charitable initiatives have been reviewed and improved, and the majority of our clients continue to be charities or public sector companies.
