Thank you for your feedback, and for taking the time to provide a lengthy review. It's great to hear your comments and I hope i can answer most of them.
OpenAthens is doing fantastically well as a business unit within Eduserv and is something the company and staff are very proud of. A business transformation was launched in January 2017 to restructure some of the remaining business units with the aim to make them more successful and in line with the initiatives and objectives Eduserv plan to deliver as part of it's 3 year plan to become one of the UK's leading technology firms. We have also restructured and streamlined the Exec team.
We have a huge training budget at Eduserv and encourage staff to take up training reguarly, it's a key focus of the bi-annual performance development reviews and training is offered at least bi-annually on soft skills such as Managing Conflict, Influencing skills, Enhanced Communication etc and technical training is offered throughout the year as required dependant on the services we offer / want to offer to customers going forward. We're also focusing on our management training and this will be a key part of our 3 year plan.
We have several employee groups at Eduserv including the Health and Wellbeing Forum, the Employee Engagement group and the Equality group which are driven and run by staff to make Eduserv the best workplace it can be, and HR and the Exec work with them to support these initiatives. There are staff from all levels involved in these groups and they're a great way for staff to get more involved, feedback and make a real active difference to the workplace. We also run annual anonymous employee engagement surveys to get as much feedback as possible and this is fedback to all teams.
