      Pros

      You work hard and your contributions will be recognized. The team is good and people are smart. Flat organization where the founders directly interact with the team and team leads. Growth is good in appraisals. Weekends are off and no one disturbs.

      Cons

      All days work from office, no exceptions. If you are not used to it, it will be difficult to manage. If your work is not done, you have to stay late to finish.

      The best thing is the company culture is very positive, passionate, team is dedicated and management is very good. Company has a clear vision for the future. Provides equal opportunity to its employees.
