Lied to me to get me in the door by saying the work was fun, complex and needed good problem solving skills. Said they don't care how the job got done and were proud of their autonomy. On top of that they asked me what I thought of a leadership position, saying they were looking for initiative in people they could promote. What ended up happening was they wanted me to type orders into SAP, literally by hand; I had to put in the item number and quantity. The most asinine part was SAP has in import function they could use. They waste about 100K a year paying people to do it in conjunction with their formatting of orders. When I had an idea to improve the process the manager, a grown man, threw a hissy fit because "that's now how they do things" and let me go the next day.
