Pros
Good environment, lots of good people, interesting product, you can refresh your business casual and business dress wardrobe very inexpensively while working there, temperature controlled warehouse, steady and predictable schedules, overtime available, benefits are very good.
Cons
Small company so there is not a ton of room for long term advancement. In the office and warehouse there is just a couple levels of management. In the past the company had many long term employees but recently they seem to be trying to eliminate them. Lots of recent turnover and new management. The company is very slow to do new things and is always chasing and never leading.
