During my time at EW, I experienced career growth and leadership development opportunities. I felt supported, respected and seen. It is 100% a wonderful organization to be a part of and represent. The leadership under the SVP of Talent Acquisition is world class. They lead with their heart and soul and invest in their team. I loved having wonderful leader role models to help shape my career journey as well as peers who just made work fun! Despite my position being eliminated as part of the "Right-Sizing" in 2024, I was able to stay on to manage a project for almost a year after. Although it was challenging to stay when your heart is broken, it really is a great work environment to be part of a purpose driven organization and working alongside wonderful humans trying to make a difference in their lives and the global community. - Purpose Driven Organization - Inclusive and Collaborative - Beautiful Campus - Incredible Development and Growth Opportunities - Patients first!
Cons
I believe the company is still adjusting from recent leadership changes. The term "excuse the dust while under construction" is very fitting over the last two years. There was a large layoff, and many remaining employees expressed unease and lack of transparency after the disruption.
