      Good health insurance, onsite gym, great cafeteria with subsidized meals, quick freeway access. Good company mission.

      Cons

      Safety is not a priority, multiple injuries with no safety standdown or corrective actions. Management is willing to allow these trends to continue. All HR and IT problems require submittals to an offsite help desk.
