Pros
The company is patient and community focused. Management invests in potential and rewards hard work. Lots of opportunities for those who seek it and work hard for it. Management pushes hard, but they work twice as hard. Working at Edwards is a career and not a job. If you are lazy, you should look somewhere else.
Cons
None. Many people say that there is too much manager oversight, but I'd say that is only for those who need it. Most managers at Edwards trust their direct reports until that trust is damaged.
