      Pros

      Great people. A lot of smart people everywhere. Good perks with cafeteria, active lifestyle, and benefit packages including health, dental, stock options, and bonuses.

      Cons

      Growing company that is growing fast and experiencing growing pains. Technology moves fast but infrastructure did not follow. Still paper systems and in combination with lots of approvals and various unnecessary paperwork, some things have slowed down.
