Critical Care corporate leadership is woeful. No collaboration, no listening, only demands and ridiculous head-in-sand, one size fits all strategies. Unrealistic, unreasonable and arrogant. Jobs for the boys mentality. Lots of words spoken; Credo, Secret Sauce etc but they are just that, words. Rarely backed up with actions.
