Amenities, great people to work with, beautiful campus

I highly disagree with the efforts that have been made to "protect" workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The virus did not suddenly decide to go away, so it is baffling that a company that claims that they're ahead of the curve would put in place a reintegration plan when so many other companies are offering Work From Home until next year. Regardless of whether or not you believe in a second wave, as if the first wave got any better, the fact is that this company has time and time again sought after their own interests rather than the health of their workers. I'm not surprised that there is a high turnover rate at this company. You've given us countless polls asking us how we feel about coming into the office, and I think each time about 70 to 80 percent of those polls state that they feel uncomfortable, live with families, and want to conduct their work safely at home. No, I don't think we need to reintegrate in order to effectively "collaborate" and do our work with the teams we work with. We have shown that we can continue to be as or more productive while at home than we have ever been in the office.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the need for flexibility, especially in today’s current environment, is important to our employees. We are listening, and we want all our employees to know, that while we have made efforts to reintegrate employees onto campus at a capacity of 50% or fewer (to allow for physical distancing), we also continue to monitor the current COVID-19 environment and consult with trusted medical advisors, clinicians, and health authorities to update our learnings and guide our reintegration decisions. Ultimately, we want to ensure we are taking the best steps possible to keep our employees safe. We encourage employees to work with their direct managers or a Human Resources Business Partner to evaluate the best possible solution for their personal situations, as we’ve incorporated flexible work arrangements where needed.
