      Team work among colleagues is great, especially to get things done. Lots of training to get you to appreciate and understand your part in a project.

      Cons

      Work load can be too extreme at times. Lack of appreciation for work-life balance concept, to the extent of non-existence at times. Pay wise, not competitve enough
