Great company with so so HR - Principle Engineer Edwards Lifesciences Employee Review

One of the worse HR I've seen. Don't expect HR to help you on conflicts with those in higher position. This HR here is to protect the company. Don't ever move from a lower income country to Irvine even if you are a director. Diversity is just minorities and nothing about experiences and ideas. Thinking out of the box is potential acceptance of unrelated ideas.
