Pros
Wonderful work environment that is very supportive of family and personal life. Excellent facilities within the R & D Division, very few jerks there.
Cons
Pay was just barely competitive, occasionally management would get caught up on ideas that engineers found were not promising, lots and lots of focus on deadlines for clinical trials.
