Pros

It is obvious from all levels that Eezy values people: not just employees, but also our customers and contributors who give us the opportunity to do meaningful work. It's extremely gratifying to be a part of a successful business that doesn't view the market as a zero sum game.) Having been a part of Eezy for about 5 years, I've seen and experienced: * growth opportunities (internal advancement, supportive coaching, etc) * people over process (but with iterative process!) * an extremely healthy work/life balance (I can only think of one time in the past 5 years I was asked to work a little late to help put out a fire, and the request was respectful and obviously necessary!) * sustainable, responsible company growth * the ability for anyone to make impactful, meaningful contributions to our success, and to be recognized for it * a remote-first culture that somehow achieves community that many in-person offices don't even have

Cons

I can only think of subjective cons: * You can find higher salaries than what you might earn at Eezy, though I'm sure you'd find strings attached -- higher stress, unhealthy work/life balance, more cut-throat environment. * With growth comes growing pains - our structure and process is changing as we grow. I think that's healthy, but some may prefer a static environment where processes don't evolve over time.

Pros

At the time it had a Good culture. Friendly people.

Cons

If business goes down even slightly, mass layoffs can be expected. If a business idea doesnt go quite as hoped, layoffs can be expected. Sean doesnt like being challenged. Its a command and control structure.
