Very limited opportunities to advance as there's a tendancy to hire someone externally regardless of whether a current employee may be interested. Also low score for diversity because top levels all men as far as I can see may not be true in the other group companies.

Joined because I thought the company had a good Ethos and credibility

Terrible Management, Treated Self employed consultants badly compared to Employed. Promised 4 qualified appointments per day and never more than an hour from each appointment, They failed on both accounts
