The CEO is young, full of understanding and open-minded. Every employee is given a chance to speak up and to have their ideas listened to. To add, a lot of the ideas do, in fact, get a green light at the end. Everyone here works to help others. They also work not just for themselves but for the company as well. There is hardly ever any negativity around the office and everyone is super friendly and approachable. Having worked in some bad companies before, it is such a great refreshment to be treated as an equal, appreciated and listened to. There is always new projects to take on and you can see your career and knowledge grow on a daily basis. There's some great benefits to your salary as well and team events are organised quite often. If you want to be happy with what you do, feel valued and heard, and you're an enthusiastic, hard-working and positive person, this is definitely a place to be!
