Our bosses spoil us with the paid time off which increases when you hit a certain amount of years and does no include the sick time they give us. We are also fortunate enough to get so many paid holidays off in including the day after Thanksgiving and the Christmas Eve which many employers do not allow you to take off. Our HR department is so quick to handle issues and makes sure it is a safe and fun environment for everyone. The office manager is also super friendly and goes above and beyond for the entire team. We get coffee, snacks, and sometimes special goodies such as cupcakes for birthday provided by management. Once a year they take us on an outing to somewhere fun! We've done jet boats several times, Family Fun Center, Massages, Oaks Park, and more! At EWS you will see a very family-oriented environment that is always understanding and does their best to keep their employees happy! Recently they purchased new desks for employees which can be adjusted for them to either sit or stand throughout the day. There is so much opportunity for growth as they are always trying to move people into other positions that strike their interest so they can keep their team and help individuals grow within our industry. The entire team does a great job in explaining each step to clients and keeping the communication open. EWS continues to build their sales team and provide training to bring in the contracts to continue to grow their business! An amazing company to work for! I constantly have people asking me if we are hiring because they want to get their foot in the door too!
