You really get to run your own business - The colleagues and culture everyone is friendly, open and ready to give and receive feedback

Sometimes decision making can be tough within a self-steering environment. However, this is also an interesting challenge and has you get to know your own boundaries and teamwork.

- Office space is modern and has a good vibe - Working from home - Work is structured and organized - Developer experience is very good, with lot's of automation - Message from C-Suite is clear and frequent - Transparency - Amazing friendly and helpful envrionment - Clear and direct feedback - Exceptional Work-Life Balance

Cons

- Salaries could be better, benefits are great tho - Lot of change happening during the period I was there - Some initiatives end up being discarded per lack of market research
