Bad place to work - Anonymous employee Effectory Employee Review

Effectory sells itself once lifetime employer but it doesn't go further beyond being a cool word. They don't do anything about that. They hire you as an external employee through another company and they think that they can play any game on you. There is no equality between internals and externals because internal employees are rewarded but externals get nothing even though you work as much as internals. When you asked why; you get an answer that externals are given lunch by Effectory and they are proud of that! Some people are very egoist and they see themselves are better than you. You might get under pressure, and also one day you might have an email saying your notice period already started. If you want to keep your mental health stay away from this company!
