If you survive, you might learn something, Salary is credited monthly, not much deduction

noone is there to guide, you learn on your own. if something goes bad management will shout in front of everyone. no policy for anything. Complete micromanagement, negative work environment No benefit, no health insurance, no work life balance Bonus which was promised never gets credited gives hike but expect 5 peoples work will be done by 1 person basic facilities are not there hire n fire policy
