Lack of complete transparency in regards to the coming merger, i.e., expecting us all to believe that their won't be cuts. Dishonestly about lack of work in corp travel in order to keep employees on a secondment. Example: we have employees with mental health issues whom have been asking to be released from the secondment and they are being told there isn't work. This despite management asking, nay begging, every other day for agents to work OT both during the week and on weekends. They're going to end up losing good agents because of these lies. I know many, including myself, who are looking and many other TMCs are now hiring. Political emails have no business in the workplace. No matter what side of the fence you are on, we shouldn't be reading about our CEO's political beliefs. It is inappropriate.
