Pros
Great people to work with. Remote work. Good culture. The job itself is great, and easy to move around to different roles, and get on projects, and collaborate with many different teams.
Cons
Pay is not competitive since covid. Do not feel as valued financially though I'm told verbally. Have started looking elsewhere as financially, I'm suffering even though I love my job. The benefits are also terrible since switching to United Healthcare. So much you have to pay for out of pocket, and most of my regular doctors are no longer in network. Very frustrating.
