Cons
No orientation, bait and switch. Hired me for regular phones and put me on executive with no pay raise for double the work. No advancement opportunities, no chance to change shifts, my Team Lead didn’t even bother to meet with me for over a month after I started. I resigned with two weeks notice. I’ve been gone almost a month, and called HR to ask when they were going to send me boxes to return equipment. They still had me as an employee. Earned 42 hours of accrued PTO, they refuse to pay because my state doesn’t require it. Bought a week of vacation, still fighting to get that refunded. Their network is horrible. It could take you 15 minutes to 2 hours to get logged in on a good server (Citrix) worst company I have ever worked for!!!
