Pros
The people are nice and you will get a lot of hands on experience with primary research. They'll willing to help you build skills. Smart researchers that know how to understand audiences.
Cons
The company will try to sell you on them being a family but diversity was the first to go when times got rough this past year. For them it has always just been about the bottom line. Very disappointing. Their review system has always been weird and feels like everyone is pinned against each other. Growth is possible but slow and difficult to tell how they really go about it behind the scene because the reviews don't always match up. This has created a cliquey environment. While people here are courteous/nice, it doesn't feel like a genuine team or family they like to portray.
