      Pros

      I felt acknowledged and heard by the top management and HR with my accomplishments. Generally, people are professional and have the passion to meet and exceed client expectations.

      Cons

      If you can, try to avoid being under their Quality manager. If you can't, just always remember that you are very capable and nothing is wrong with you. If you can endure, just feed her with praises and just say yes.

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
