      Some great people and good projects. Good flexible work arrangements. Good remuneration. Global opportunities.

      Cons

      IT equipment isn’t great. Executive leadership is a bit all over the place. Poor communication especially with big changes. In fighting between business lines.

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
