Very invested into their employees and encourages self improvements. Great positive work environment filled with employee empowerment and accountability.

Not a lot of cons to Egnite.

I didn't have any major complaints while working as a contractor for Egnite. Fairly positive experience, which I suppose can be a plus when working for temp agencies.

There was another employment agency involved alongside Egnite throughout the length of the contract, which could be confusing at times.
