Pros
I have even working with an excellent team on the UK major rail project. I have had full autonomy, if only because I am the only Subject Matter Expert, working on no less than 14 separate discipline areas. It’s long hours and really hard work but enjoyable and drawing on my 40 years industry.
Cons
Eiffage won’t honour the terms of your employment contract. 7 months oftentimes no sort pension issues out and regardless of commitments made,it’s all just lip service! They have a much higher than normal attrition rate! No growth opportunity!. Really long hours and hard work.
