A great group of people to work with, good culture, opportunities for junior engineers to learn a lot.
Cons
The Company's priorities and strategy change every 6 months. Constantly reacting to the latest demands from clients means there is very limited opportunity for the engineering team to do things right and build for the future. People have great ideas but there is no time available to work on them.
