      Pros

      Fast paced, small company, can gain responsibility quickly, always new projects to tackle.

      Cons

      Shocking management, rotating executive team, insular culture, nepotism, projects are brainless and at the whim of company head, unstable. Core business slowly atrophying, every single business unit outside of the core is a complete mess, other players eating lunch. Multiple redundancy rounds took out ~40% of the headcount in <6 months.

      Heard, seen and respected by management. Make a difference in the lives of children and families. Great pay for the industry.

      Cons

      Lots of paperwork, rules and regulations. Little opportunity for advancement. Need more start-up training.
