- Up to date with technologies used on the day to day - Great Office and co workers - Hybrid Scheduling - Work/Life Balance

- Promotion Cycles are just once a year (may not be a big deal for some)

Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, helpful and competent. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The work-life balance, compensation, and environment were all within expected ranges and the direct leadership was great.

No real cons as a company. My personal individual con was that they began offshoring new engineer hires around the time my contract period was expiring and I walked away under the impression that was why I didn't get an offer to stay on. This is only a con for me personally, but not necessarily for the business or the people still working there. From what I understand a lot of leadership and product roles would still remain in the U.S. and there was no real concern for their established team over losing their jobs.
