Pros

Leadership is committed to the growth and development of team members. Team Members are always energetic and fun to work with. The opportunity to become an entrepreneur and run your own office is tremendous.

Cons

There really are not any Cons in my opinion.

Pros

Company is based on meritocratic systems with clear defined goals for advancement within the organization. In depth paid training is offered on a regular basis. Benefits include Paid time off, Paid sick leave, Paid days where employees are encouraged to donate their time back to the community via non profit organizations, and group supplemental benefits for things like dental, accident and disability are also offered. Everyone is encouraged to work together and share knowledge as a group. Its cheesy to say but there really is a family culture within the company.

Cons

If you are not an extrovert or a motivated introvert this might not be a good fit for you due to the nature of our industry.

Pros

You learn to sell and it puts you out of your comfort zone. You will become more confident in the way you present yourself. Rahman is very understanding and really does try to teach you. I was a skeptic about the job but I was invested in Rahman.

Cons

It's a sales job for directv and cell phones. Was hyped up as a marketing position. Your schedule is never fully set and changes any time during the week. You cant really leave work at home after you leave the stores. Some of the long time coworkers are aggressive, and there is no HR team to protect you from it. Pay wasn't great, but in comparison to other offices in the same pyramid scheme, this is by far the best office to be in.
