      Company not responsible for the mistake staff must bare own money to cover loses. AL hard to approved cause no manpower and management like to hold salary 1 month if have small2 issue(taking MC) NO BONOS

      Pros

      If you interested in to know about sea shipping, this company is a good place to start. Colleagues and managers will help new employees a lot.

      Cons

      Don't stay here for too long. Not much benefit here other than the bare minimum. Working hour is too long, 9.5 hours daily (Monday to Friday) including 1 hour lunch break. Also alternate on Saturday (4 hours). Management also very dishonest. Giving promise such as high salary, but lower it down once you start working there. There is also a lot of shouting and verbal fight in office.
