Pleasant office atmosphere, management always available for support. A team that pushes each colleague to achieve more. Competitive KPI's once fully trained. Training done both internally by existing staff members and also done externally via Pareto. Fast growing small-medium business.

Having only been here just over a year there isn't much I have encountered in terms of cons.
