The company have been making changes to pensions, how the bonus structure works and other areas. Newer staff will be on different benefits to existing staff. Be aware and question all of the benefits offered or discussed at an interview, some of them may not apply for a few years, for example annual salary review. Over the last few months a lot of staff have left, meaning there are few people left with the workload. There seems to be a practice when someone leaves a role that it will be advertised as a lower band, meaning you’ll be doing the exact role as the person before you, but for less.
