Pay wasn't bad and made some good friends When the systems went down (no complaining customers) and IT hadn't a clue what to do

Constantly disciplined for ridiculous things such as being 2 seconds over your break. Getting brought into HR meetings about being late, while still in that meeting you get disciplined ONCE AGAIN for not taking your lunch "the eishtec way" People get refused to see family even if there is an emergency. Mangers got their job by sleeping with other or kissing butt. One manager was caught stealing from the company was fired and brought back again "the eishtec way" this guy is allowed to sit and discipline poeple for being 2 seconds over their break. (back breaking work) The managers are homophobic, racist ... some of them don't know how to speak to people with respect.
