Pros

Great Benefits like Unlimited PTO, WFH, and lunches

Cons

Stay away, I can't emphasis enough. They have good salespeople to sell you the role of unlimited money, They keep preaching entrepreneurial business, which is BS then why pay such low commissions ?? The unlimited PTO is BS, when you genuinely ask for time off your boss will make you look at your quota's and numbers and then be like do what you have to do and make you feel bad for taking time off. It's more like frat house, where they talk crap about the candidate and clients. And if you are a family person forget it, its a bunch of single folks who just want to party and have alcohol and outcast you if you don't or even if you are a person of color. Don't, there are better places to work at. Recruiting companies with true passion. NOT EJENTO

Pros

I've been working at recruiting agencies for 15 years, and the biggest indicator of a great work experience is working with amazing people. My current team is hands-down the best team I've ever worked on. Why? -The team is extremely experienced (one colleague was VP Recruiting at Instacart, another just left a COO job from a fast-growing SaaS company to work with us), but everyone rolls up their sleeves and works hard to accomplish goals together - TEAMWORK -We work remotely and check-in daily or weekly to collaborate. We don't need to do daily activity reports, we just stay focused on how we can support each other - AUTONOMY -I get to meet some of the most interesting founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, VCs and people everyday of my job - NETWORK For me, ^^ is what matters and why I keep showing up everyday excited to build.

Cons

We went through a merger of 4 companies last year, that takes time for us as a single company to find our unified voice/ message/ way of working. We are over most of the humps, but it has been a process.
