      The Projects are challenging here and I have learned a lot already. Working hour is flexible. Work culture is also good. Coworkers are friendly.

      Cons

      You dont get a proper training, You have to watch some pre recorded videos which barely makes sense.

      Pros

      The pace is fast at Eka, but the work is interesting and the team is great. Everyone is enthusiastic and energetic and it creates a positive, friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      It is sometimes challenging working with team members across various time zones, but I am not sure that's avoidable since it's a global company. .
