      Pros

      Everyone at Eko is very friendly. I enjoy coming in to work everyday. I feel a part of a team that is making a difference and feel that my voice is heard.

      Cons

      The company is growing very fast. At times it feels a bit chaotic and that task prioritization is not clear. However the overall direction of the company feels well telegraphed.

      Have felt supported in my time here with a great team that is focused on improving patient lives. Our product is used by tens of thousands of healthcare professionals and it is very rewarding to see how our technology is helping people worldwide.

      Cons

      Still feels like a start-up in some ways that aren't desirable.
