      1. Small company and No management guided on your first day. 2. Salary is OK for fresh graduate. Consider High pay but workload is alot. 3. Free Pantry Food. 4. Friendly colleagues and willing to teach.

      1. Long distance Travel to Work. Located near KLCC. 2. Self OT almost everyday without compensation 3. On call on weekends 4. Small company and No management guided on your first day. 5. Too high Expectations on completing tasks given. 6. Focus on Results ONLY. 7.

      If you like long status reporting meetings in the morning, long php scripts/code and weird code structures

      Cons

      Rectrictive dev culture with worst practices. You can easily be fired without any proper reasons and notice.
