Incompetent Management - Engineer Elara Engineering Employee Review

For starters, managers are lousy at communicating with employees. Bad attitudes. They're in over their heads. Additionally, the company wastes too much time. They need to spend less time throwing parties and more time training employees. Also, management wastes way too much time having people in meetings that are irrelevant. After being in several meetings where managers had us do nothing but play board games, I knew it was time for me to go. Obscure location. Building is too small. Employees are packed in there like sardines.
