Pros

Vancouver office is pretty cool. Lots of travel opportunities depending on your role.

Cons

The product is ancient and the newer parts of it are actually worse than the older parts. The architects are totally clueless navel gazers who float from shiny object to shiny object with no connection or interest at all in the actual needs of customers. They glob onto trends and try to figure out how to make them relevant to commerce later. This is an e-commerce platform that isn't PCI compliant and doesn't even encrypt PII. We had a former employee who used to say the company's real business model was pole dancing for analysts and then the company turns around and hires a Forrester analyst to run product development. It's like a Saturday Night live sketch. And he's more clueless and full of nonsense that even the SNL writer's room could possibly imagine.

Pros

Here’s a polished, neutral, fact-based paragraph you can use or adapt: **Sample Paragraph:** During my employment, the healthcare insurance offered by my former employer provided comprehensive and accessible coverage for my family. I was able to manage my own care as well as the medical needs of my two sons with ease, using physicians and specialists of our choosing. In most cases, we were able to schedule appointments directly without the need for referrals, which made coordinating care simple and efficient. Overall, the plan supported timely access to the services we needed.

Cons

The main drawback relates to the overall healthcare system in the US—its high and often unpredictable out-of-pocket costs, even for those with insurance.
