Pros
Remote possibilities - as the only benefit from the company. The company was a unicorn when under David Hasmueller's management. He does not work for there anymore.
Cons
Salaries are not so competitive, they try to save cents on people. The new management are bunch of people who micromanage, put pressure, and lie to colleagues (by talking for someone else) even though those two are friends, people who cause stress to their employees and the main boss (which works at DXC Technology in Stuttgart) re-iterates that he is the big boss, godfather etc.
