good pay and good benefits

Hours for working are not enough

Good work life balance. Close to public transportation but horrid if you have a car, have to pay 13-16$ daily for parking. Salary good/competitive, but not if you have to pay $200-$300 monthly parking.

NO policies and procedures. Minimal training. NO clear chain of command. Too many people involved in emails, conversations back and forth. NO clear directive. Incredible amount of micromanagement. Everyone does things differently, so it doesn't really matter how you do it. Too many egos and rude, unprofessional behavior. Small company, so absolutely NO confidentiality. Watch your back. Absolutely no patient population diversity. 95% Russian/Jew/Russian speaking.
