      New mine, new technology, great people, decent compensation. Definitely has good future

      Cons

      No planning. They buy the newest tech/equipment then neglect it with lack of maintenance and planning. No accountability for mistakes made by operators. Safety has room for improvement as well.

      They treat you like a real live person. Give total support both in professional life and private life. They treat all staff with respect. Great benefits.

      The only bad point is working away from my home and family. They do make every effort to support your trips home.
