Not so good - Engineer Elecnor Employee Review

- Inexperienced managers in high positions - Employees are only numbers - Life balance is impossible - We do a lot of extra hours. Extra hours are not paid - Lack of project management - 1 working for 3 - Lack of appreciation -Lack of motivation - Managers don't let you take a vacation and ask you to work on holidays for what they say "the Project needs" when "Project needs" last forever. They expect that you do everything for the Company but the Company does the less they can for you. This generates a lot of demotivation and they don't capture it from HQ.
