Pros
-Very good local team: people are awesome, specially engineers and middle management. -Good projects: very easy to be motivated by the projects - Very good to start the career: a lot is learned, we need learn a little bit about everything.
Cons
-Very heavy upper management: impossible to understand the root of decisions; Deimos belongs to Elecnor, that controls everything and does not understand how IT companies work, or their added value. - Compensation: being a company that works a lot with EU and ESA, through projects, it has a lot of difficulties in matching the market. This is made worse because of the previous points, since locations don't have decision power.
