      Good experience so far, management is friendly and I don't understand why few people have wrote negative reviews here. Personally my experience with company management and their policies is very good.

      If can increase paid leaves that would be great.

      Pros

      If you have no other opportunities then take this as a "JOB". You will not have a growth filled career.

      Cons

      Little to no profit sharing. No bonus, no incentives If you are not in the boys club, forget it. It might be better if you are a rain maker Otherwise you are just a commodity.
