Pros
I can hand on heart say that after a couple of years with the business, this is the best place that I’ve worked.
The work-life balance is brilliant, particularly being a four-day week company. I feel valued and trusted and from day one I have been treated with respect and given autonomy.
I genuinely love my job and the people that I work with.
Cons
As a mostly remote business it can be easy to not go into the office and feel isolated. However, they have two offices so there is plenty of opportunity to be in person.
